Shipping & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship all items from New Jersey. We do our best to keep all items in stock, but If your orders are not in stock, you will receive an email from us. The short answer is, we strive to get most orders out as soon as they are placed. However, our standard policy is that all orders placed before Midnight EST Monday – Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally be processed the following week.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. PO Boxes (standard shipping only).  Please contact us if you live in a location that we do not currently ship to. In certain situations, we may be able to accommodate your request.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Packages are sent via USPS or UPS. You will always receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our facility.

SHIPPING RATES AND SPEED
Shipping is calculated at checkout. General delivery time in the US is 3-7 business days from departure from our warehouse. Most packages arrive much faster than that quoted time.

Delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Shipping delays may occur due to conditions such as severe weather. Jewelry Plaza is not responsible for these types of delays.
