DOMESTIC RETURNS: ONLY ONLINE ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you need to return your item, just contact us at hello@shopjplaza.com and we will send you a return form

If you got excited and ripped apart the box, no problem, you can use any shipping container. Using a trusted mailing service, send the items back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable method to prevent any loss that we would not be responsible for.

Just a reminder, everything must still have the tags on, and be in unused condition.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like another item in exchange for the one you ordered please return the original item and place a new order for the new item.


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DECIDE IF I WANT TO KEEP THE ITEMS?
We accept unworn and unopened items for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Of course you can try it on, just don't wear it to work or to an event!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN?
Once we receive your unused merchandise back, we will process your refund/credit within a week, but usually much faster.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will process your refund through your original form of payment within a week of the return.
